Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 in Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well received by music blogs. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are two of her best-known songs. Katy Perry's endorsement of her song Runaway on her blog brought the singer additional recognition. Make it a day to celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music was discovering an old grand piano hidden in the attic. It was awe-inspiring to see what it could do. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes advised her to use music for development of her own, not for the purpose of making money or to pursue to pursue an interest. She began writing lyrics of her own. Bjork and Leonard Cohen are among her most favored writers. She began performing the songs she wrote publicly after her mom suggested they could help people not be famous with her music, but rather to help the people around them understand the importance of their work and how they can affect the world. The piano was her first instrument when she was six, and she started creating music after turning nine. It was unknown to her family until she reached the age of fourteen. Aurora's fame was not her goal. She says she just likes writing songs. Music to her is the most effective method to experience anything.
